Regulations
- The “hotel" day starts at 2pm and ends at 10am (other departure and arrival times after 21pm should be agreed)
- The guarantee of the reservation is a 50% deposit of the entire stay (not less than PLN 50 of the booking value)
- We book the room by phone or e-mail
- Extra charge for late check-in – 40 PLN / 10 EURO
- Tourist tax in the amount of PLN 1.60 per person / night is not included
- The payment for the stay, according to the date of your stay, must be paid on arrival and is not refundable in case of early departure
- For stays shorter than 3 days (weekends), please pay the entire amount of the stay
- We do not currently provide catering. Guests have at their disposal an iron and ironing board on the mezzanine, a kitchen open to the public in the second building
- Each room is equipped with LCD TV, fridge, screen and beach blanket
- The curfew is valid from 22.oo – 6.oo Each guest receives a key to the front door along with the room key – please close them behind you throughout your stay
- The customer may introduce his guests to the premises of the facility or room only after obtaining the consent of the owner of the house and within the time limits set by this consent
- Smoking is not allowed in our rooms
- Free parking – unguarded. The landowner is not responsible for vehicles left behind or their property
- We are not responsible for the client’s property left in the room. Please carry valuables with you
- The behavior of guests using the services of our facility should not interfere with the peaceful stay of other guests, the owner may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this principle
- We provide services in accordance with our category. Complaints submitted on the day of departure or after departure will not be considered
